Log In and Access Port Call:
- Begin by logging into NMap™. Navigate to the Port Calls List and select the relevant port call to work on.
Complete Required Information:
- Ensure that all necessary information is filled out according to the requirements of the specific port call. NMap™ uses this data to populate the templates for the various declarations. For example, to generate the Crew List you need to at least provide the information for one crew member.

View and Review Declarations:
- Each generated declaration will appear in its respective section within the Port Call Dossier. Review the documents to ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date.
Update Information if Necessary:
- If any information needs to be adjusted, return to the relevant sections of the port call dossier, make the necessary updates on the form itself, and regenerate the documents.
- All declaration documents are automatically updated with the latest information upon submission to the Port Authority.
