Navigating the Master's Form

The Master's Form in NMap™ is a critical tool for captains to provide all the necessary port clearance information to the ship agent. Below is an overview of the different sections available within the Master's Form:

1. Port Call Data: Contains basic details about the port call, including ETA, ETD, last and next ports and more.

2. Vessel Data: Includes specific vessel characteristics and details about any heavy fuel oil being carried.

3. Inspections: Information regarding the most recent inspections that the vessel has undergone and/or needs to undergo.

4. Crew: Details of the arrival and departure crew lists.

5. Passengers: Information on arrival and departure passenger lists.

6. Dangerous Goods: ISM Certificate and Dangerous Goods Manifest information, if applicable.

7. Cargo Information: Covers arrival and departure cargo details, as well as the Ship’s Stores Declaration.

8. SOLAS and ISPS Code: Includes Chief Security Officer contact information, ISSC and SSP details, last port calls, security measures list, and information related to ship-to-ship operations.

9. MARPOL Waste: Information on waste disposal requests and quantities.

10. Health Declaration: Maritime Declaration of Health details.

11. Local Formalities: Any specific cargo and safety documents required by the ship agent.

12. Ship Certificates: Specific ship certificates requested by the ship agent.

13. General Declaration: General Master’s declaration information.

14. Summary: This section provides a comprehensive view of all forms and declarations generated automatically. Users can open each document and see the last updated timestamp.
