Modified on Fri, 7 Feb at 10:41 AM

To clone a port call in NMap™:

1. Log In to NMap™:
Begin by logging into your NMap™ account.

2. Access the Port Calls Table:
Navigate to the main table of port calls where all existing dossiers are listed.

3. Locate the Cloning Option:
Find the dossier you want to clone. On the right side of the row, click on the three-dot button

4. Select "Clone":

Click on the "Clone" option to duplicate the port call dossier.

5. Select Port and Port Terminal:

This allows to clone the same vessel information for different ports and terminals.

6. Access the New Dossier:

Once the cloning process is complete, a new port call will be generated with the following details:

  • Status: Set to Draft
  • Port Call ID, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), and Location: Left blank for you to enter the required details.

You can access a port call dossier by clicking anywhere on the corresponding row.

Important: Cloning does not modify the original port call; it only creates a new, separate dossier that you can adjust as needed.
