To close a port call that is no longer active or needed, follow these steps:
Access the Port Call Dossier:
- Go to the Port Calls List and select the port call you want to close. This will open the dossier for that specific port call.

Locate the Close Button:
- Inside the dossier, find the Close button at the bottom of the left menu bar.

Initiate Closing:
- Click the Close button. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm the closing.

Confirm the Action:
- Confirm by clicking Close in the pop-up window. Once confirmed, the port call will be officially closed.

Close the Dossier:
- After closing, the port call will move to the Completed list, where you can still view its details if necessary.
Important:
- The Close button will only be enabled if the port call status is Draft, Rejected, or Completed. If the port call is in any other status, the option to close will not be available.
