Follow this guide to request a port call effectively:
1. Review and Confirm:
- Ensure all required fields in the port call dossier are accurately filled out. Double-check for completeness and correctness before proceeding.
2. Submit the Port Call Request:
- Navigate to the Port Call Request section. You will find the Request port call button located in the top right corner of the section. This button is accessible from the General Declaration, ISPS, and Berth/Anchorage sub-sections.
- Click the Request port call button to send the port call request to the Port Authority.
- A popup will open, click the Submit button.
- A confirmation message will appear to indicate that the request has been successfully sent.
3. Monitor Status:
- After submission, track the status of your port call request in the Port Call Records section. This area provides updates and responses from the Port Authority, allowing you to stay informed about the progress.
4. Address Any Follow-Up Actions:
- If the Port Authority provides feedback or requests additional information, follow their instructions to address any required updates or resubmissions. Make necessary adjustments and resubmit if needed.
