If you need to cancel a port call, follow these steps:
Access the Port Call Dossier:
- Navigate to the Port Calls List and select the port call you want to cancel. This will open the dossier for that specific port call.

Locate the Cancel Button:
- Inside the dossier, find the Cancel button at the bottom of the left menu bar.

Initiate Cancellation:
- Click the Cancel button. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm the cancellation.

Confirm the Action:
- Confirm the action by clicking Cancel in the pop-up window. Once confirmed, the port call will be officially canceled.

Close the Dossier:
- After canceling, close the dossier. The port call will then move to the Completed list, where you can still view its details if needed.
Important:
- The Cancel button will only be enabled if the port call status is either Accepted or Authorized. If the port call has not reached these statuses, the cancel option will not be available.
