The Port Call Dossier in NMap™ is your central location for managing all essential details related to a specific port call. Here’s a guide to effectively navigate and use the Port Call Dossier:
Sections Within the Dossier
The dossier is divided into several key sections, each representing different aspects of the port call. These sections are:
- Port Call Request: This includes general information about the port call and the vessel, such as ISPS, berth/anchorage information, and more. These details are organized into different tabs and sub-sections.
- Crew: Contains information about the crew list, including details for both arrival and departure.
- Waste: This section provides information about waste on board, waste collected after MARPOL services, and any exemptions and discounts.
- Dangerous Goods: Contains details about hazardous materials on board for entry and departure.
- Ship Particulars: Includes all the technical information about the vessel, typically found in the Ship Particulars Certificate.
- Annexes: This section is for documentation, including ship certificates and local formalities related to pilotage, cargo, and terminal operations.
- Port Call Records: A space to monitor requests sent to the Port Authority, such as the port call request and the submission of required declarations.
When appropriate, you will find action buttons in some sections to submit the information from that particular section or tab to the Port Authority.
