Navigating the Port Calls List in NMap™

Upon logging in to NMap™, you will be directed to the Port Calls List, your central hub for managing all port calls. This is where you can view, search, and manage your port calls efficiently.

Overview

The Port Calls List provides a comprehensive view of your port calls, both open and completed. The table includes key details to help you manage your port calls effectively:

• Port Call ID: Unique identifier for each port call assigned by the Port Authority upon acceptance of a port call.
• Status: Current status of the port call as reported by the Port Authority.
• Vessel's Name: Name of the vessel associated with the port call.
• IMO Number: International Maritime Organization number for the vessel.
• Arrival Time: Scheduled or actual arrival time of the vessel.
• Departure Time: Scheduled or actual departure time of the vessel.
• Port: Port where the vessel is calling.
• Location: Specific location or berth within the port.

Search Options

To quickly find specific port calls, use the search bar located at the top of the Port Calls List table. You can search by:

• Name: Enter the vessel's name.
• IMO Number: Input the IMO number.
• Port: Enter the port name.

After performing a search, you can clear your filters by clicking the 'Clean Filter' button to return to the full list.

Pagination

If you have a large number of port calls, you can navigate through the list using the pagination controls located at the bottom of the Port Calls List.
