Here's how to ensure your certificates are properly sent to the Port Authority:
1. Go to the Ship Certificates Section:
- Access the relevant port call dossier and navigate to the Ship Certificates section.
2. Find the Ship Certificate to Submit:
- Review the list of ship certificates available in this section and locate the certificate you need to submit.
3. Click the Three-Dotted Menu:
- Next to the certificate you want to submit, click the three-dotted menu (represented by three vertical dots or lines).
4. Click 'Send':
- From the menu options, select Send and confirm the action.
5. Submission Time Recorded:
- Once successfully sent, the submission time will be recorded on the certificate card within the port call dossier. The 'Send' functionality will be disabled.
